Wake Up and Live’s Actors Studio is seeking African American actors for its upcoming project, “Wake Up to Life: Out of the Ashes ” which features 4 African-American playwrights,
Adetokunbo (Ade) Borishade, “To Be or Not to Be . . . African”
Evonne Fields-Gould, “Where Winter Rests on a Wounded Heart”
Peter A. Fields, “That Guy”
Rebecca Morris, “Au Pare”
The Actors will appear in a showcase of the playwrights’ original works scheduled for Covid-friendly productions, Saturday, May 15, 6:00 P, and Sunday, May 16, 3:00 P, at Rainey Institute. Rehearsal schedules, via Zoom, TBD. Live performances may be replaced by, or supplemented with Zoom, etc.
All roles are available.
Actors may play multiple characters in the same, and/or different, plays.

While we are accepting virtual / video auditions, you may be required to attend an in-person call-back, if needed.
For in-person, masks must be worn at all times. 6-foot social distancing will be closely practiced for safety purposes.
