Performance details: Five performance dates between July 11-21 with possible extension the final week of the month.
Seeking: White men, 20s/30s
Character: Aaron
Description: The Wannabe. Tries too hard. Unaware of how he takes up space.
Seeking: African-American men, 20s/30s
Character: Jay
Description: Marches to the beat of his own drum. Wide-eyed, naïve and sensitive.
***PLAYWRIGHT’S NOTE***
Characters will be played by adult actors in the 20s to 30s age range who can convey a youthful energy and innocence but should not focus too much on “acting like” a child.
*Play deals with sensitive subject matters, like racism, addiction, sexism, homophobia, and physical abuse.
