Good afternoon!

Want to know more?

Talk to Us Thursday is a weekly series of conversations with black content creators mainly women discussing their work on and behind the camera.

Join us this Thursday, July 16 at 7 pm when our special guest is Kenya Uhuru, producer of Greenwood Ave: A Virtual Reality Experience.

Our host is Carleen Elisa, an award-winning media veteran who is known for her style and amazing wit!

Before the Tulsa Race Massacre where the city’s black district of Greenwood was attacked by a white mob, resulting in two days of bloodshed and destruction, the area had been considered one of the most affluent African American communities in the United States for the early part of the 20th century.

Come talk with Kenya about the making of Greenwood Ave and its relevance now as we see what's happening with race in America in 2020.

Bring your questions and get ready for a great time! Kenya is coming to Talk to Us!

NOTE: Please watch Greenwood Ave: A Virtual Reality Experience on YouTube.

Grab your ticket today!

See you on Thursday!

Best,

Carletta
