Hello again, after long hours of poking around I quit trying and went to sleep. Initially, I used installg3dwin.hta for automated Windows installation. This morning I sat down and read other user's messages about starter template. The common solution for different problems among installg3dwin.hta installations was reinstalling with manual install method. Automated installation already set up/checked my Python, SVN, Visual Studio and environment variables. Why not go ahead and do the SVN checkout manually? I did SVN checkout manually and build using "buildg3d local" command. It worked, now I can run starter sample. I'll leave the log.txt below anyway for contributors/developers.
