I have now restored static view of FriCAS wiki. Wiki specific links
are broken, some pages are missing, but basic content should be viewable.

I've fixed a link
http://fricas-wiki.math.uni.wroc.pl/PolynomialOverFiniteField
in "master" to not create broken stuff on the fricas.github.io website.

Should I also add this to the release branch? I did not do it yet in
order not to interfere with your building the release. But actually this
correction should also go into the release.

Sorry, release is now done. If we tried to correct any small mistake
found during release process, the release would be significanly
delayed. And the whole process would be too painful. Already
the 'BREAK' isssue was a borderline case, I applied workaround
only because I had a little time margin left.

No problem, but I have build and uploaded the files for fricas.github.io
with my correction.

Thanks to all who helped with producing this release (this includes all
code contributors and bug reporters).
