axiom.input

There is a file src/interp/axiom.input.
Is this somewhere used? Or can it be removed?

If I remember correctly, the default input file is
".fricas.input" with a fallback to ".axiom.input".
So I guess, "axiom.input" doesn't work anyway?

It is unused and to some degree out of date. It is kept just
as an example of what initialization file may do.

OK, in that case, I would remove it from the repo.

I'll put it's content on a doc page at fricas.github.io explaining the
initialization via FRICAS_INIT, .fricas.input, and .axiom.input. I
wanted to do that anyway.
