small changes to src/doc/sphinx/source/download.rst

I have committed some typo fixes, but also remove a few lines
in src/doc/sphinx/source/download.rst regarding nightly builds.

-A few downsides:

-#. It only exists for a short period. (90 days?)
-#. The packaging is very crude for now, not out-of-box user experience.
- (You have to "cd" in the shell and set "FRICAS" env variable.)

I manually delete older binaries. Basically I keep binaries in past 3
months.

Now the binaries do not rely on manually setting "FRICAS" env variable.
