I wonder if anybody has/knows were to find AxiomUI code by Kai
Kaminski? Wiki page contains link to source code internal to
wiki, so it was supposed to be there. But apparently in oldest
version of virtual machine that I have that code seem to be
absent.
Google finds few old messages in Axiom mailing list, where
Kai wrote "go to kaikaminski.gmxhome.de". But now this
apparently goes nowhere.

Hmmmm, are you sure that the code actually was on Kai's page?
I seem to be unable to find it in the internet archive.
