Typos in Changelog?

Hello, (and happy new year of course),
It seems to me there are one or more typos in the
ChangeLog file on GitHub. More precisely
the history of modifications is not chronological.
Not investigated precisely though.

At the beginning of the file at least (confusion between november and december?)
