I couldn't watch this past the first minute. That cyclist was being unnecessarily combative and confrontational from the beginning.

I am pro MHL repeal, and I am also pro police. There is no need to be a smartarse to the same people you might one day ask for help.

Peng, I suggest the award you're thinking of might be Arsehole Of The Year.

1. Helmet law is crap. Police officers can exercise discretion, they can ignore enforcement of of a shit law.

2. If coppers wish to enforce a shit law, they could at least be up to speed with the shit law which they are trying to enforce. This video shows these 2 coppers totally out of depth with the the law re bicycle helmets. Very embarrassing to watch the video of coppers eating humble pie. This is no fault of bike rider making the video. Bike rider is actually the victim.
