it is craisy, it was 50 years ago, but it looks to us like another planet technology an life !
it was the beginning of computers, then things went very fast!
And today, we are lost, surrounded by an amount of information that is hardly treatable by a single persons brain !

Gracias Carlos for that humanity memory refresh.
i am writing "humanity memory" because almost not yet born in that era, i can not really remember myself ;-)

big hug and have a nice sunday !

I think computer science needs a lot of retrospective analysis and courageous historians. Everything is moving so fast that we forget where we come from...and where we're going.

I enjoy collecting these kinds of documents; I think they contribute a lot and offer a much more humanistic perspective on things that interest me, at least.

Big hug and thanks for the comments!

The future of the past is no longer what it was ;)
Its funny to see these past predictions. We are supposed to be buying "cassettes" with virtual reality tourism...

What a crazy world we've lost with the abandonment of the cassette tape XD

Although it was a real drag, my childhood is in those little tapes, some of which I still keep.
