We find ONLY complete Words!

Hello Community!

Is it possible to change a foxtrot-setting to find parts of words, too?

F.e.: If we search "new contract" then whe don't find "newest contracts".

No, there is no setting to do this systematically; but you can explicitly use the * wildcard when needed:
[new* contract*] will also find [newest contracts].

Hello Thilo,

We have indeed thought about this in detail and decided on this as a design choice because it has performance and precision advantages to having exact words as default, and wildcards occasionally. 

This is one of the distinguishing features that makes FoxTrot what it is !

Use of wildcards such as ??? and * is kind of standard, it's a well-know and tried and tested method.
