Studies reporting the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on household food waste

Hi everyone,

I have seen several papers published that report the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on household food waste. The study below being a good example. However these are often surveys or questionnaires based on reported behaviour.

Does anyone know of any studies using actual measurements or mixed qualitiative methods (i.e photographs, reciept collation, kitchen tours etc?). Or even online interviews?

Hi Jordon,

I've applied mixed methods in my study to investigate food-wasting behaviour amongst airline passengers. Photographs and questionnaires were used to capture food waste and factors associated with passengers' food-wasting behaviour. I've attached the DOI link below:
