Hi Aaron,

I've used GLM Flex fast4 to do a 3X3 repeated measures ANOVA. Everything worked well and I have some results (see image).

I would like to download FIVE to visualize the interaction and main effects but I can't find the utility package.

Where can I download it?

Thank you in advance,

Lorie

I recently moved the old mrtools.mgh.harvard.edu to a new server.  Download links can now be found here: https://habs.mgh.harvard.edu/researchers/data-tools/downloads/

If you download the full package it should have everything needed for using FIVE.

Thanks for this quick answer!

I've downloaded the full package.

When I type FIVE at the command line, I get this error code:

Index exceeds matrix dimensions.

Error in openIMG (line 28)
[a b c] = fileparts(strtrim(fn(1,:)));

Error in FIVE (line 108)
    [I h] = openIMG(which('defaultUnderlay.nii'));

I've added all the folders in the package to my path.

Do you have any idea what is the problem?

Thank you in advance!

Lorie

The problem is that the file defaultUnderlay.nii is not in the matlab path. That file should be in the "DataFiles" folder.

You can also make a copy of any image you would like to be the default underlay, name the copy "defaultUnderlay.nii" and make sure it's in a folder that has been added to the MATLAB path.

Hey Aaron,

I have been able to open my results with FIVE. However, I am not able to get the peak info. I get this error code:

Undefined function or variable 'peak_nii'.
Error in FIVE/getPeakInfo (line 3243) [peak.voxels, peak.voxelstats, peak.clusterstats, peak.sigthresh, peak.regions, peak.mapparameters, peak.UID] = peak_nii(Obj(vn).FullPath(1:end-2),S);
Error while evaluating Menu Callback

I also can't filter the results by adjusting for the number of voxels (e.g. if I only want to see activations of min 20 voxels).

Can you help me with these problems?

Thanks in advance,

Lorie
