Why Flutter blocked in Bangladesh region

We Are the developers from Bangladesh, we face some problem in flutter sdk download + pub update, all servers ar blocked from Bangladesh why? google don't need Flutter Developers from Bangladesh? 😷😓

Recent "accidents" in the core routing (of the Internet) may have caused your connection to go through China.

Otherwise check with your ISP if any governmental restrictions apply (due to emergencies caused by the pandemic).

We've not done anything to block Bangladesh on our side (certainly not deliberately, at least) -- we love having Bangladeshi developers!

China does block pub.dev (along with many other sites), and if your connection was somehow routed via China, it's possible that this would affect you. 

We'll see what we can look at on our side, but perhaps you could try doing a TCP/IP traceroute to pub.dev and share the results. Assuming you're using Windows, here's how to do that:

Also perhaps you could share the results of running "flutter pub upgrade -v" (upload them to https://gist.github.com and share the link)?

And just to confirm: we've taken a look at the Google Analytics data for Flutter, filtered to Bangladesh, and haven't seen any evidence of unusual fluctuations in tool usage or traffic that might indicate a generalized problem.

Additionally, from Bangladesh we can not see googleapis domain. as a result we can not load the firebase images holding on the storage .

I do not see reports of Bangladesh as a whole country going dark or even going
entirely through China managed routes.

Looks to me as an artifact of "protecting" software blocking "suspicious" traffic.

Please check first your PC antivirus logs. Only then check with your network
department and/or ISP whether you are blocked by some recently deployed
DPI/antivirus software. Please do traceroutes as Tim asked you to do.

Maybe Govt. bans firebase.

Only for installation. And flutter didn't block Iran, it's the other way around, Iran blocked flutter if it has happened.

You need vpn when you try to install flutter, and dart, and when you unstall some plugin using pub.dev you need also vpn thank you

also I'm from Sudan facing a hard time to use flutter and firebase. always there a need to use VPN . is there any way for Sudanese programmer to work on flutter from sudan?
