Custom Keyboard in flutter accessible in any other application's textarea as a keyboard plugin

Hi, is there a way to develop a custom keyboard in flutter for both iOS and Android which has to be a keyboard plugin which I can change by going to the keyboard setting in my phone.

Or develop a custom keyboard in native Android/iOS, and bundle it together with the flutter application, but it has to be a keyboard plugin as gboard or any other similar keyboards.

Thanks for replying, I have already tried out this plugin. It only enables your custom keyboard inside your app. I want a custom keyboard that can be accessed outside the app on any other textfield I click.
