What's the best way to do recurring payments through Flutter app?

I am thinking about incorporating stripe through a flutter app. How do I go about this?
Does square have a recurring payments setting? What's the best way to do recurring monthly payments with flutter that is comparable to the fees that stripe takes? I don't want to do the play store's or apple's payment processor because I think they take about 30% as their fee instead of about 3-4% like stripe does.

I just am looking for opinions and advice on what to use for a recurring payments processor. I don't know why theft is being brought up. I'm just asking you for suggestions. Like, what do you use to collect payments within flutter? Maybe I just didn't ask it right...? What do they use in India?
