"flutter pub get" error

Hello, Everyone. 

Whenever I try to update my packages on "pubspec.yaml" file, I get this error. Please help to figure it out and provide me with a solution.

Running "flutter pub get" in xylophone-flutter...

Delete the Flutter SDK and reinstall it in another location in your system.

1.Check your internet connection then try again.
2.Delete sdk and install again.

Actually, there's been an issue with my ISP. The ISP blocked google API services for some reason. I used a VPN. Now, it's working fine.
