I am following along with the instructions on the firebase console for configuring Push Notifications and I keep getting the same error when I try to run the app. I have followed every step line by line and have tried doing it 3 times and still get the same error, line 24 in the build.gradle file is not a line I added it is:
apply plugin: 'com.android.application'
ERROR

* Where:
Build file 'C:\FlutterDev\lbconnect_notifications\android\app\build.gradle' line: 24
* What went wrong:

Im on 29 with the SDK, it’s a firebase issue, it runs fine when I remove the references to firebase. Has anyone successfully integrated firebase messaging in flutter and are there any examples?
