Having Trouble to install Flutter in Android Studio 3.5.3 (stable)

Is flutter support available for latest Android Studio 3.5.3 (stable) ? I have installed Flutter and Dart plugins for the Android Studio. But Android Studio is not showing an option to Create "Flutter Project". Can anyone help around it?
Here is the result of my flutter doctor command.Doctor summary (to see all details, run flutter doctor -v):
[√] Flutter (Channel stable, v1.12.13+hotfix.7, on Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18362.592], locale en-US)
[√] Android toolchain - develop for Android devices (Android SDK version 28.0.3)
[√] Android Studio (version 3.5)
[√] VS Code (version 1.42.0)
[√] Connected device (1 available)• No issues found!

try to sue the below commands:

flutter create myapp
the cd myapp

Thanks Rabih, This works in this way but what if i want to use the Android Studio, it does not show option for Flutter Project. I am going to use Visual Studio Code for now.

Make sure the path of flutter included in the plugins of Android Stu
