When I run flutter doctor, the only thing it's currently cranky about is "Android licenses not accepted. To resolve this, run: flutter doctor --android-licenses". I run that command, and hit "y" to accept each of the licenses... but when I run flutter doctor again, it still says "Android licenses not accepted. To resolve this, run: flutter doctor --android-licenses". Any help would be greatly appreciated.--

This sounds like a bug. Can you file an issue at https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/new and include the output of `flutter --verbose doctor -v`?Thanks!
