I am using the chewie video controller and it auto loops and plays but I want to them to be Muted until the user toggles a custom button to play the sound.

Anyone know about it?

When you create your chewy controller, just call

    _chewieController.setVolume(0.0);

immediately after creating it = initially no volume for that video.

And when they press the button (or use a slider to allow adjusting the volume), set the value to 1.0 (or whatever the slider is at).
