Flubaroo not running grades

Flubaroo is not allowing me to run grades. It is getting stuck on "Step one" to identify the student amongst the graded columns. The screen shows that it is continuously loading with no progression.

Hi Season,

Thanks for reaching out. This seems to be due to a recent change from Google. We're trying to track it down. Would you be willing to help us out?

Specifically, could you please answer these questions:

• What type of operating system is your computer running (Windows, Mac)
• Which browser are you using (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc)
• Would you have some time this evening, or tomorrow, to hop onto a Google Meet to show me?

I’m sorry I am just now getting to this. I am running on Windows and using Chrome. I’m on my way to Nashville right now but I will have time to do a Google meet after I get back. Are you free anytime from Saturday through Friday this coming week? My work hours Mon-Fri are 7:30-3:45. But I’m available after that on weekdays, and anytime on weekends.
