Flubaroo Problem

in the middle of the day on wednesday flubaroo stopped working. My IT guy has tried everything and still no luck. Can you please help. I am going

I tried it just now and it graded fine. I wonder if perhaps it was just some intermittent issue on Google's end. Please let us know if you encounter any further issues.
