Regrade does not work

Hi. I can not update it by clicking regrade. It freezes and never does what it needs to. I uninstalled it and installed it again, but it still does the same thing.

Thank you for reporting this. We apologize for the inconvenience. This looks to be related to an outage on Google’s end, which we’ve notified them of. These types of issues are typically resolved fairly quickly by Google, so hopefully it won’t last long. I suggest waiting 2-3 hours and the trying again.
