Hi Core Devs.

Today I remove the dev.matt.flink branch from GitHub/fltk/fltk and moved it to GitHub/MatthiasWM/fltk:

The branch is now rebased and is in sync with the upstream master.

I removed the CMake code (./CMake/Android) that would generate a flawed AndroidStudio setup and was hard to maintain. It's now replaced by a tool named Flink that generates the AndroidStudio setup by reading parts of the CMakeLists and by generating the required resource directories for Android apps in ./build/AndroidStudio (configurable).

I have not yet filed a Pull Request because the Android port is still very rough, but at least I have a correct setup now that can rebase correctly.

About half of the tests are working relatively well on Android.
