You could just write to
FLEx_...@sil.org, but there is another address,
FLEx_D...@sil.org that is really intended for things like that. I think there is even a way from within FLEx to “make a suggestion”. (I’m on a different computer at the moment—I’ll have to check tomorrow to see if it’s really there.)
There is a Jira database that records what has been requested, and in principle it’s possible to see it, but it can be challenging to navigate, and hard to find past requests. For now, you could just write to FLEx_DevTeam, and/or I’m happy to interact off-list about specific ideas—I have a pretty good idea of what is or isn’t in the system.
Also: It never hurts to ask for something that has already been asked for. When that happens, they add a note to the existing issue. And if several different people have asked for the same thing, that’s a good indication that there are probably even more people who want it who didn’t write in about it. Also, sometimes different people have a different take on the same issue, and it’s good to hear the range of ideas. And when they do work on an issue, sometimes it’s helpful to write back to a specific person who requested it, either for more information, or for testing.
Your best bet is just to communicate with
FLEx_D...@sil.org, and it will get sorted out.
