That is where the EXE file is but I am looking for an MSI for distribution to multiple machines in a lab setting.

I don't know how to get an MSI, but if you are looking to install in a lab environment this worked for me:

PS C:\Users\chris\Downloads> .\FieldWorks_9.2.11.1_Offline_x64.exe /quiet /norestart

Yes, that does something but it doesn't install correctly. The data folder and ICU are created in c instead of the program data folder.
