pending send/receive from language forge

Hi,

I am working on a project where my collaborators in Australia work through language forge and I use the flex software. This afternoon I initiated a send/receive sync from language forge. Normally this happens almost instantaneously. 4 hours later, the sync request is still showing as pending. Is this likely to be a bug? I'm particularly concerned here because there seems to be no other way of getting material out of language forge and there's months of audio work that urgently needs to be backed up.

Hi Claire,

I’ve done send/receive twice today and it went through both times.

So it isn’t the Language Forge/Depot side of the equation.
