I can confirm that I faced the same challenge, both in receiving
support (no answer) and in the audio not working, despite trying
all the possible permutations that the documentation suggested.
It would be helpful to have an answer for this. I've thought for
some time now it would be nice to have a separate email list for
all things Scripture/Dictionary/Literacy App related. Would there
be interest in this?
Thanks,

Does anyone out there know about Dictionary App Builder? I'm trying to troubleshoot a sound issue, and I haven't received any response to my online support requests. The app builds fine, but there doesn't seem to be a way to access the thousands of sound files that have been added according to the instructions. We have several audio files associated with each dictionary entry, representing different dialects. (In LexiquePro, there is a sound icon next to the speaker's name. Clicking on the icon plays the sound.)
I have gone through the documentation many times and have followed the instructions carefully, but I can't seem to get this to work. I'd be grateful for any suggestions. Even pointing me towards a good person to ask would be great!

JonathanAnyone know what to do to get these to work?Lisa & Steven,Ok, I am not the only one. I have tried adding sound both as a pronunciation media file and as a separate writing system. Neither will show up in the app.
