I was wondering if anyone had written/modified an adaptor for the Load Sharing Facility queue system.  Thought I would check before trying it myself.

Thanks!
Zack

Hi Zack,

Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone who has written an adaptor for LSF, and I myself am familiar with that system. Let us know if you have any trouble in attempting writing one.

Best,
Anubhav

This is currently in the repository! LoadSharingFacility_template.txt

bsub will read the #HEADER args in a bash script and assign resources, wait time, whatever bsub -<param> you can think of.

It works well!
