Issue with AMI - Manager instance setup

Hi,

I’m trying to build a new manager instance, and using the AMI version — FPGA Developer AMI 1.13.0-40257ab5-6688-4c95-97d1-e251a40fd1fc (ami-028791b62b23efdd9). However, post-boot, I see a “src" dir with someday structure I’ve not seen in my previous manager instances and do not see the file machine-launchstatus. Would appreciate some help on this issue. Following up on my previous message — the AMI version I see available on AWS is  FPGA Developer AMI 1.13.0-40257ab5-6688-4c95-97d1-e251a40fd1fc and not the one mentioned in the firesim setup instructions— FPGA Developer AMI - 1.11.1-40257ab5-6688-4c95-97d1-e251a40fd1fc. Is there a way to access the older version on AWS? Thanks!

Hi Varun,

Can you give this a try: https://github.com/firesim/firesim/issues/1172#issuecomment-1230627052

Since you've been using FireSim before, I think option 1 listed at that link should let you launch instances with AMI 1.11.1.

We're working on updating FireSim to use 1.12.1; I'll update the linked issue once we ship a release that works with 1.12.1.
