Hi folks,
I would like to inform Firebug developers or supporters that the new version of it has a bug. Here is the description:

I am a javascript developer, i use firebug substantially. So On the console tab I tend to see request to the server. When there are so many requests that it makes the requests difficult to read and that  time i use clear button to clear up requests. But recently (after automatically updated to new version of Firebug) I have found that when I switch to other tabs other than tab Firebug is on and get back again I  see that button groups disappear (Clear,Persist, Profile,All,...) in the Console tab.

As I kinda love Firebug and Firefox, Please could you fix or if possible let appropriate people know about the issue.

I don's see such problem on my machine.

Do you happen to have some other (perhaps Firebug) extensions installed?
Can you try to reproduce the problem in clean Firefox profile?
https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Install_Firebug_into_a_clean_profile

If yes, can you provide detailed baby steps how to see the problem?
Something like:

1) open google.com
2) Press F12 to open Firebug UI
3) Select the Console panel
4) ...

I have same issue. only pause button is there other toolbar buttons are disappeared on console tab. Yes i have other firebug extensions, which are Acebug, FireDiff, FirePicker, FireQuery, FormBug). When i disabled all extensions the toolbar re-appears on console tab. It don't disappears when i switch different tabs. Then i enabled Acebug. The toolbar is there but as you switch to another tab the toolbar disappears on Console tab. It looks like there is some issue/bug with AceBug. I hope this will help you

You forgot to mention one important point. You need to switch to the Command Editor to see the problem.

Also in the Web Console I can see the following error when switching to another Firebug panel and then back to the Console panel:
TypeError: access to strict mode caller function is censored @ chrome://acebug/content/aceEditor.js:515

Ah, I just saw that there's already a new version of Acebug 1.12.0 waiting for review, which includes a patch of our team member Florent, which fixes this problem.
