removing parts(frame's) from sites

hello all

running FF-40 win-10 and late-est firebug.

now here is my problem. normally when i dont want to see part of a site[pics links and frames] i use ABP.

but that is not the case now. i tried for a couple days trying to understand how firebug and the web developer thing works and be able to save that work.

what i would like to do is remove unwanted parts of a website to make it more clean.
that would load the page faster? yes?.

I thank you for the help. Dumb it down for me. like firebug for 1st graders.

Firebug won't help you.
It's a tool meant for developers to debug and test things, but it doesn't persist any change that you make so when you load the page again thos frames will be there again.
