Hey Firebug team,

Please make sure you retain multi-line console mode. This is the only reason I still use Firebug (instead of default Firefox dev tools, or Chrome). I often write very large chunks of code in the console when developing, and this is an absolutely deal breaker for me.

The Scratchpad is no good because I hate floating windows. If the Scratchpad can dock -- we're okay. If not, then please let me have a big area to type console commands.

Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. And yes, we are paying attention to the multiline console support.

FWIW note that you can write multi-line scripts within the command line. Just press Shift+Enter to create a line break.
