Garbage characters in script view when html and javascript are different charsets.

When I debug a page constructed shift_jis HTML and utf-8 javascript,

Multibyte characters in the script pane are displayed as garbage characters.

I wonder if the script pane displays by each encoding.

It's hard?

Could you please provide a test case, so this display problem can be reproduced?

I wrote test file and I reproduced it.

1.HTML file

2.SJIS in javascript

3.UTF8 in javascript.

It seems it occurs using multibytized Firefox.

How can I get Issue Number?
