Editing in the body

I was inspecting something, trying to change it but I noticed that there was no "edit" option that I could find. Is there one, and if there is, can someone help me find it?

What something?  CSS?  HTML?  I could assume from "body" in the subject that you mean HTML, but it would be good to know exactly what panel you're in.  For HTML you just click and double-click, so I doubt that's it...
