I try to select the text, click delete and rewrite it, but it does not enable me. Anybody???

Works fine for me using Firefox 35.0.1 + Firebug 2.0.7 on Win7.
Which versions of Firefox and Firebug do you use? Do you have any other extensions installed? What are your exact steps?
