wrong GUI language (localization?)

HI community,

in my new windows 10 / firefox 39 is my GUI in english now.
But i have a german Firefox

is there an Option to change the GUI language with about:config ?

Check value of:
extensions.firebug.useDefaultLocale

Make sure it's false

its false.

but the GUI is still in English. i have uninstalled, FF restart. New install of Firebug 2.0.11. FF Restart. No german GUI. :(

general.useragent.locale

What's the value?

case senitive.

DE is wrong.

de is the answer.
