Script panel & iframes in FF36 FB2.0.7

The script panel no longer seems to work for me in FF36 & FB2.0.7 also FB2.0.7b1

Sometimes a script displays, but not always,  

On http://www.verticalbrowser.com/firefoxtest.htm
firefoxtest.htm is the script that displays, the other scripts should be in a list, but that list is empty,
I see only a 4 X 4 px white box where the drop down selection list should be. (when I click firefoxtest.htm)

On other sites I sometimes get no display at all and sometimes the menu bar displays the HTML menu (Edit > Body...) rather than the script dropdown menu.

I have deleted Firefox, reloaded it in a new directory, created a fresh profile & loaded the above versions of Firebug, no other extensions.

FF35 & FB 2.0.7b1 Work fine.
Since no one else has reported anything like this, it must be my setup, but have no idea what could be the cause or how to troubleshoot this.
What else can I try?

I can reproduce that. It looks like a bug of the combo Firefox 36 + Firebug 2.0.7. You should create a bug report, so it can be fixed.

No, you're not the only one to face these problems, I sent a message a few days ago and other developers have stated that they also have problems with Firefox 36

This issue seems to be about the same problem.

Then open Firebug and view the script panel.
Notice there is no access to other scripts, other than firefoxtest.htm
