:hover/:active/:focus new position / sticky problem

Hi.

It took me a while to figure out that now the hover/active/focus selection is no longer on the right site, under "styles" (now "rules").

Now it appears to be in the markup, aka "Inspector". We right click the html element, and there they are.

I'm fine with this.

My problem now is that these settings don't persist.

I believe that in previous versions we clicked "active" and it stucked there forever, until we wither manually disable it or reload the page.

Is this behavior correct, and/or am I right to assume that persisting these status is no longer possible?

I agree that the behavior is not perfect here.
