Setting up new Firebug 3 Testing Environment

I have been trying to build firebug 3 on my Ubuntu machine running Ubuntu 14.10. I followed the steps in Hacking on Firebug.next and ran into no errors but when I run the jpm with firefox nightly I get the following error

I sudo'd everything but still am getting this permissions error. Anyone know of a fix to this issue?
