View generated source does not work

Platform: Windows 7 64-bit
Firefox: 36.0.1
Firebug: 2.0.8

On a clean install when tested with a page with ajax generated DOM elements, the View Generated Source menu only shows the original HTML. Does anybody has the same problem or solution?

Firebug does not offer a menu item called View Generated Source. I assume you are talking about the Web Developer toolbar function.

If that's the case, please contact the author of the Web Developer extension.

Note that Firebug displays the generated DOM elements within its HTML panel.

You are right. Sorry to post to the wrong place. I have copying from the Firebug HTML panel for quite some time now. Thanks for you kind response.
