Last couple of months I have had some serious problem with Firebug.  It would interest me if anybody came across similar issues and was able to resolve them:

- I cannot disable property for a selector. There used to be this red crossed circle left of a selector, but it is not there anymore.
- When I start working and changing property values, the name of the style sheet and line # dissapear and I am unable to change any values.  Once I edit a value, it reverts to the original without applying.  This can be fixed with restarting Firefox - it works for a while after that but 5-10 minutes later there is the problem again.

This started after an update couple of weeks ago and creates quite a problem given FB is rather essential tool for me.  Any experience with the above or any solutions?

There were some problems regarding SVG icons used within Firebug related to a Firefox bug, though these should be fixed since Firebug 1.12.1. Do you have the latest version 1.12.2 installed?

This could be related to a Firebug extension. E.g. the discontinued extension Friendly Bug is known to cause some problems like these. So please disable the other extensions and check if it's working afterwards. Does it help?
