Declaring a $var in script causes firebug to break wherever it is used?

Which version of Firebug and Firefox are you using? Could you please provide a full test case, so it can be reproduced by us? And could you furthermore please send your breakpoints.json file as described in stop 5 our first aid page (Attention: it contains the URLs of all breakpoints you set, so make sure there's nothing that shouldn't be public)?
