I'm runing Windows10.
Installed Firebug 2.0.13
It's in working.
However: the shortcut does not work.
Do I miss something?

The shortcut may be blocked by some other add-on.
Which version of Firefox do you use? Does it work for you when you install Firebug in a clean profile?
