Hi,
I have noticed big difference for the script tab search speed with new versions of FF 30 and Firebug 2.0.
During debugging the application I hit few times search (on enter) which freezes the browser completely. This is not happening each time which is even more strange. Before the updates the search was working much faster.

My Mozilla is also terribly slow now with Firebug 2.0. A page which used to load in 6-7 seconds now loads in more than 20.

Could you please create an issue for the slow script search and provide a simple test case, so the problem can be reproduced?
