Visual pages editor (just remove contents)

Hi,
many websites that have good content and visitors want to save a page of that but have many un-need and troubler Ads content as images and flash or java. we can remove those by Inspect element or firebug via removing codes, but always is not easy or fast. i want than you that build a simple visual html editor like what "print edit" extension do before printing, so as users can remove content that no want fast and easy, then save a filtered page.

i hope you known my suggestion. i suggested this to Firefox developers one year ago, but not until now. do you do this?
