Have you looked at the https://github.com/firebase/firebase-arduino repo? It exposes some Firebase services, such as Firebase Database, through the popular ESP8266 wifi chip that is typically used with Arduino. Note though that this is an not an officially supported product, but it is open source so you may be able to derive some value from it.
