Firebase Storage - Fatal Exception: NSInternalInconsistencyException with Flutter

Hi Guys,

We got a iPad app built with flutter and using firebase storage running in production and we got an unusual error where some iPads but not all just crash on a file upload to firebase storage. The error says "Fatal Exception: NSInternalInconsistencyException". Has anyone faced the same error issue before ?

I'm not sure what is causing this but if you have not yet done so please file an issue on the FlutterFire repository.
